CEC offers a comprehensive, college-preparatory curriculum, including Honors and Advanced Placement (AP) level coursework.
The Center for Student Leadership is Conwell-Egan's newest initiative to help students discover and develop their leadership skills. The CSL will provide one-of-a-kind programs that both challenge and reward CEC students.
The arts are a reflection of humanity and the CEC Fine Arts program aims to give students the opportunity to better understand themselves and the world around them.
From freshman to senior year, our students participate in a myriad of activities, clubs, community service projects and more where the main purpose is to make you feel "at home" here at CEC.
The process for acceptance to Conwell-Egan Catholic includes an application to the school and official records from your current school, and a letter of recommendation. More information on the admissions process is listed below.
The Application for Admission for the Class of 2031 opens on August 1. Students interested in applying to CEC will create an account on Finalsite Enrollment. You will then be prompted to complete your application process within the portal. There is no fee to apply.

Students are notified of their admissions status via mail beginning in October, continuing on a rolling basis.
Applications that are submitted by December 1, 2026, will receive priority review by the Admissions Committee.
Applications received after December 1, 2026, will be considered based on space and availability. Should you miss any deadlines, you are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office.
CEC welcomes applicants from a wide variety of backgrounds and does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, religion, national or ethnic origin in its admission or administrative policies.
Students who wish to transfer to CEC must first take part in a transfer interview. This interview can be scheduled through the Admissions Office. All official records from your current school must be received before your scheduled interview for consideration. Applicants are reviewed on case-by-case basis due to extremely limited class space.
