The Center for Student Leadership is Conwell-Egan's newest initiative to help students discover and develop their leadership skills. The CSL will provide one-of-a-kind programs that both challenge and reward CEC students.

From freshman to senior year, our students participate in a myriad of activities, clubs, community service projects and more where the main purpose is to make you feel "at home" here at CEC.
As part of the Center for Student Leadership partnership with the Travis Manion Leadership Foundation and DLFF, Colonel Bill Shinn - Bishop Egan Graduate 1988 - visited the CSL once again for his part in our ethical decision making series. Bill phoned in during our TMF Leadership kickoff day in August via skype while stationed in Iraq, and has returned as part of our larger semester-long character and leadership course.
Colonel Shinn has a BS in Physical Health & Education/Sports Management, an MS in Adult & Continuing Education, and an MS in Health and Exercise Science, and has been in the military for over 25 years. Bill is a Morrsiville, PA native and the oldest of three boys.
