Part 1 of 5. A glimpse into the unique history of CEC and its founding schools - Bishop Egan and Bishop Conwell - and how CEC came to be.
Part 2 of 5. On January 6, 2012, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia recommended that CEC close at the end of that school year. For the next month, CEC began to face the reality of a closure while dedicated alumni and community leaders worked tirelessly to figure out a way to keep the school open.
Part 3 of 5. On February 24, 2012, the CEC community anxiously awaited word on whether or not the fight to stay open was successful. Relive the joy of that victory and what was truly the catalyst for the next 10 years of transformation for CEC.
