Brother Larry Memorial Mural

In memory of Brother Lawrence Hilferty, TOR,  EAST students, Laura, Caitlin, Jenna, and Lilly created a mural to symbolize the wings he gave them to fly.

How the students describe this project...

The eagle's wings would be a great way to symbolize the huge opportunities that Conwell-Egan gives us to grow as an individual and to pave the way to our future. The wings would be brown and white just like eagles wings are. The lettering would be the schools blue.

Why it would benefit the school?

It would benefit the school by making our school one of a kind. It would brighten the school which would give the students a happier outlook for the day. As they would walk into the school they would see the mural that they helped create and that would be there for years on end. It will also benefit our school because it will promote it. People will want to take pictures with/of the mural. People, such as the students and the alumni, will put it on social media thus promoting the school.

Where would it be located?

It would be located on the right side of the school on the blank, open wall.
