The Center for Student Leadership is Conwell-Egan's newest initiative to help students discover and develop their leadership skills. The CSL will provide one-of-a-kind programs that both challenge and reward CEC students.

April 21, 2022 (FAIRLESS HILLS, PA) - Conwell-Egan Catholic High School (CEC), a co-ed, Catholic preparatory school serving students in 9th-12th grade, was recently named Bucks County’s “Best High School” by Bucks Happening, the premier digital magazine in Bucks County, PA. This is the second year in a row CEC was crowned the winner in the Everything Bucks: High School category. CEC also captured a Finalist award in the Best Private School category for the second year.
CEC has been recognized for its excellence in education for the third year in a row in the online magazine’s annual “Happening List” contest, a popular people’s choice competition in the region. CEC was also previously named “Best Private School” and was a Finalist in the “Best High School” category in 2020.
“CEC is thrilled to once again be recognized for its excellence in the community. The last three years have included such incredible growth and investment, and we are so proud to celebrate this achievement,” said Principal Matthew Fischer. “Year after year, CEC continues to demonstrate what is truly possible when committed educators, school leaders, parents, and students collaborate to build a vibrant school culture where teaching and learning can flourish.”
Earlier in 2022, Bucks Happening conducted its annual online contest that included various categories for area schools and businesses. Thousands of individuals voted to determine their favorites in multiple categories before the winners were announced. To ensure fairness and accuracy, an extensive audit process was in place while calculating the results.
“We are exceedingly grateful to our community who voted to honor us with these titles again. CEC is proud to remain committed to delivering on its mission every day,” added Fischer. “Our vision of providing an innovative, affordable, Catholic education is Lower Bucks county continues to be at the forefront of our strategy.”
