Congratulations to CEC Boys' Bowling on winning their second consectutive PCL Championship on February 14! Sophomore Dalton Johnson rolled a three-game total of 600 and Luke Phinn notched a pair of games with over 200 pins as Conwell-Egan earned its second consecutive PCL Boys’ Bowling Championship on Saturday afternoon with a 3004-2761 victory over No. 2 Father Judge at Morrisville Lanes.
Phinn recorded scores of 219 and 203, PCL Co-MVP Brian Baill registered a 255 in the second game and Tucker Cook opened the match with a team-high score of 267 for the Eagles, who won 34of-36 frames during the PCL regular season.
Seeking its second league title in three seasons, Father Judge was led by junior Connor Tonkin (578), while classmate Nick Bittinger amassed a score of 267 to open the Championship.
Best of luck to both programs at the Eastern Pennsylvania Regional Team Championships on Feb. 28.
