For the fifth straight year, CEC has been named Best High School on Bucks Happening's Happening List. CEC was also awarded Best Private School on the list, making it the fourth year CEC has been named overall winner in the category since 2020.
CEC has once again been awarded for its excellence in education in the online magazine’s annual Happening List contest, a popular people’s choice competition in the region over the last six years, with a combination of both category Wins and Finalist awards.
"To be recognized as the Best is a true testament to our thriving community. Our faculty and staff consists of a wonderful group of professionals who are incredibly committed to the success of our students,” said CEC President Matthew Fischer '04. “CEC is dedicated to delivering an exceptional educational experience for our students day in and day out,” added Fischer. “From our teachers, coaches, and counselors, to facility upgrades and investments around campus, we’re proud to call ourselves the Best. We are also truly grateful to our community, who voted to honor us with this title."
Earlier in 2025, Bucks Happening conducted its annual online contest that included various categories for area schools and businesses. Thousands of individuals voted to determine their favorites in multiple categories before the winners were announced. To ensure fairness and accuracy, an extensive audit process was in place while calculating the results and the results were revealed on April 1.
