CEC offers a comprehensive, college-preparatory curriculum, including Honors and Advanced Placement (AP) level coursework.
The Center for Student Leadership is Conwell-Egan's newest initiative to help students discover and develop their leadership skills. The CSL will provide one-of-a-kind programs that both challenge and reward CEC students.
The arts are a reflection of humanity and the CEC Fine Arts program aims to give students the opportunity to better understand themselves and the world around them.
From freshman to senior year, our students participate in a myriad of activities, clubs, community service projects and more where the main purpose is to make you feel "at home" here at CEC.

Open to students in entering grades 6 - 8

Have you ever wanted to create artwork for your own comic, picture book, or video game? This camp dives into the basic tools to make your ideas come to life! Learn how to work with illustrations, character design, and world building to develop your story from scratch.

For students entering grade 8 in the fall
$75 per student
The test prep workshop is hosted each year to give students the best preparation for the Scholarship/Entrance Exam held in the fall. The week-long course includes two days of Math prep, one day of English prep, and the practice exam is taken the final day. Students may qualify for an Early Candidate Scholarship based on their score.

For students in grades 6-8
$150 per student
Our camp focuses on designing, building, and launching compressed air rockets, which will provide fun, hands-on activities that cover a wide range of scientific and engineering principles, culminating with an altitude and accuracy competition.

All Campers should bring shorts, t-shirt, cleats for outdoors and sneakers for indoors, and a water bottle with their name on it.
Camp includes five days of instruction, guest speakers, daily “Eagle Ball” games and a CEC Football T-Shirt. Deadline for pre-registration is June 6, 2025. Walk Up Registrations will also be taken at camp starting at 4:30pm on Monday, June 23.
